Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using any service offered by trydecor Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service together with every federal, state, and local law and regulation that applies to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using all trydecor Store services and offerings. When you access our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use trydecor Store's services exclusively for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless trydecor Store has granted you written authorization stating otherwise. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Seeking unauthorized entry to our systems, customer accounts, or inventory databases
• Posing as any individual or organization, including trydecor Store personnel or fellow users

• Submitting fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed without any intention of receiving the goods

Product Information and Pricing

trydecor Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise concerning product information, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to remedy that error and to cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance compared with the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; trydecor Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by trydecor Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued ID will be required at the time of delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on trydecor Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "trydecor Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to trydecor Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any trydecor Store content without our explicit written consent. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by trydecor Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly inform trydecor Store of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for confirming that the third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, trydecor Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to damages for incidental loss or delivery delays. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. trydecor Store is not responsible for service failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of trydecor Store's services shall first be submitted to trydecor Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

trydecor Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using trydecor Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
